I found the whole experience about as good as it could be when your furnace has a problem. Wahab was very helpful and receptive to the fact that I was capable of diagnosing the issue myself, but needed a gas fitter to complete the repair. Customer service was also very kind, honest and did a good job following up. Thanks

My parent's heating system broke down, Called Absolute Home. They send a inspector early next day. Explained everything and told me what is the best way for me to maintain my furnace. Also told me will give me a call next year to remind me the service needed. Now I have a peace of mind enjoy my summer and looking forward to the colder weather to hit.
